A family business from Charlottenburg for the sale, letting and acquisition of property. Father and son run the company together and take care of every mandate themselves.
We have been active in the Berlin real estate market since 1993, as a family business in its second generation. We see ourselves as a long-term partner: for the sale, the letting and the next purchase.
Today we broker apartments, houses, commercial space and land in Berlin, Brandenburg and across Germany. Because we also manage property ourselves with HEPA Hausverwaltung, we know buildings not only from the exposé: tenancy agreements, service charges and maintenance are part of our everyday work.
Our principles have remained the same. We market every property individually, professionally and carefully according to the principles of a prudent businessman, with honest prices, complete documents and clear feedback to our clients.
